Within each category are links to pages describing particular programs, including forms, links, and publications.     The Office of Agriculture is a state agency responsible for a broad range of agriculture-related functions and others traditionally associated with agricultural agencies. Programs are divided into six primary areas: animal health, mosquito abatement coordination; pesticides; agriculture marketing and promotion; farmland ecology; and plant industry. The office's web site includes information on programs and functions; listing of personnel; and information and links for related programs within other departments. They serve as an information resource and help the Department of Agriculture develop certification standards for the state.     The Rhode Island SBA Advisory Council is a non-profit organization of small business owners, bankers, chambers of commerce executives, representatives of business associations, and other individuals active in the small business community.     The Rhode Island Small Business Development Center is administered by Bryant College, in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation, and members of the private sector. Its purpose is to promote entrepreneurship and strengthen small businesses in the state by serving as a coordinator for various resources and providing direct consulting and educational services. The web site includes information about the center, its mission, services, staff, location, and other resources. Services includes information on consulting services, seminars and workshops, the Enterprise Community Office, special programs, and a message board.
