Design Team (cdt). This program brings volunteer professionals from a
variety of disciplines to your locale to assist community members in beginning
a process of laying a course for the future. Teams might include landscape
architects, planners, geographers, architects, engineers, historians,
and economic development experts. The mix will depend upon the needs of

The CSR Online is created from the electronic copies of final rules filed
by the various rule-making bodies which are formatted and checked by division
staff and returned to the agency for proofing. However, these electronic
rules should be viewed as unofficial. The official copy of a rule for
legal purposes is the paper copy filed with and stamped by the Secretary

Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals
Description:
When the Court grants a petition for appeal, the case is set for briefing
and oral argument, if necessary, and is then submitted to the Court for
decision. When the Court decides the case, it issues a printed document
called a slip opinion, which contains the decision of the Court, as well
as information about the case, the authorship of the opinion, and the
syllabus. The "slip opinions" appearing on this Web site are
not the final, official opinions of the Court. Readers are therefore advised,
that opinions of the Court remain subject to clerical correction until
officially published in the bound volumes of the West Virginia Reports
